A thoughtful approach to brand storytelling.

A closer look at how I work, what I care about, and why this kind of storytelling matters to me.

Hi, I’m Beth :)

I’m a visual storyteller and brand strategist helping small businesses, nonprofits, and organizations communicate the heart of their work through strategy, photography, and video.

I built this studio because good creative work should do more than look polished. It should help people understand who you are, what matters to you, and why your work is worth caring about.

Sometimes that means creating thoughtful visuals. Other times, it means stepping back first to clarify the story, audience, and message. I love working between strategy and creation, helping shape the direction and bring it to life in a way that feels human, useful, and true to you.

How I approach the work

Care throughout the process

The people, communities, and stories behind the work matter. I approach each project with curiosity, respect, and attention to how people want to be represented.

Clarity before content

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. Part of my role is helping you sort through the ideas, identify what matters most, and decide what is actually worth creating.

Purpose behind every piece

A photo, video, or strategy should have a clear role. The goal is not to create more content for the sake of it, but to make work that supports your larger story.

Collaboration,
not performance

The strongest work comes from building something together. You will be part of the process, from shaping the direction to giving feedback on what feels right.

A calmer way to be seen

You do not need to be naturally comfortable on camera or know exactly how to explain your work.

I create a grounded, supportive process where you can ask questions, give feedback, and be involved in how you are represented.

The goal is not to make you perform or turn you into a polished version of someone else. It is to create work that feels clear, honest, and recognizably you.

A little more about me

I notice the little moments. The photos on my phone are usually of good food, warm light, nature, cozy spaces, and my two bunnies, Poppet and Mickey. If I feel genuinely happy and at peace, I take a photo.

Community care is a meaningful part of my life. I love volunteering, local organizing, and work that helps people feel more informed, included, and connected.

I also have a deep weakness for farmers markets, art markets, pop-ups, cute local shops, and small businesses with a lot of heart. I love seeing what people create when they care deeply about the details.

And I am always here for a good conversation. I’m the person who brings conversation cards to a bonfire and somehow gets everyone sharing childhood stories. I love learning what matters to people, which is probably part of why storytelling feels so natural to me.
