Celarity

Bringing the human side of an established talent firm into focus

The starting point

Celarity is a permanent search, interim talent, and advisory firm that has helped people and companies find the right fit for more than 35 years.

What began as social media video support grew into a five-year creative partnership focused on helping their expertise, culture, and care feel as visible online as they did in person.

What they needed

Celarity already had a strong brand and an experienced marketing team with plenty of ideas. What they did not always have was the time, equipment, or internal production capacity to bring those ideas to life.

Much of their existing photo and video content was dated, limited, and difficult to find. They needed current visuals, a more useful content library, and someone who could guide projects from the first conversation through final delivery.

Bringing the brand to life

The goal was not to change Celarity’s identity. It was to translate it into visuals that felt current, polished, approachable, and human.

Together, we created different kinds of content for different needs. Longer videos shared useful guidance and deeper stories through the website and YouTube. Shorter social content brought forward the team’s personality, expertise, humor, and care.

Across every format, the work needed to help people see the real humans behind creating happy careers.

What we created

The partnership included:

  • Team headshots and brand photography

  • Website and workplace imagery

  • Short-form social video

  • Educational and interview-based video

  • Client and consultant testimonials

  • Campaign storytelling

  • Event photography and video

  • Reusable B-roll and visual assets

  • Graphics and motion elements

  • Content planning, production, and organization

My role grew beyond shooting and editing. I helped shape ideas, plan production, prepare participants, adapt content for different platforms, manage timelines, and build a visual library the team could continue using.

Making it easier to be seen

When I first brought a camera into the office, many people wanted to disappear. Over time, content days became something closer to team bonding.

I took time to connect with each person, invited feedback during headshot sessions, and created space for people to feel involved in how they were represented. The goal was never to make someone perform. It was to help their real personality come through comfortably and naturally.

Journey to 30

One of the most meaningful projects was Celarity’s Journey to 30 anniversary campaign.

We interviewed people across the company, from newer team members to leadership and the founder, about what made them proud, what they valued about the culture, and what 30 years of creating happy careers meant to them.

The final story connected the company’s history to the people carrying its work forward. It showed not only what Celarity had accomplished, but the care, connection, and shared purpose behind it.

What changed

Celarity gained a broad library of current photography and video that continues to support its website, social media, recruitment, professional materials, and company milestones.

Much of the visual content across the brand today came from the work we created together. Just as importantly, the team gained a creative partner who already understood their people, story, and working style.

An ongoing partnership

After several years of frequent collaboration, the partnership moved into a more established rhythm. I now return when Celarity needs refreshed headshots, updated brand visuals, event coverage, or new content that builds on the foundation already in place.
